If you would like to help with the final stages of preparation for Pilton Green Man Day, on the Day or even on the day after, come along at the following times:
| Putting up the North Road Banner on the Rotary Gardens hedge (bring some gardening gloves!). | 6pm | Mon 3rd July (to be confirmed) |
| Putting up the Green Man tent in Pilton House grounds (the more the merrier as it's heavy). | 6pm | Thurs 13th July |
| Putting up stages in Pilton Street and sorting out waste bins and stuff. | 6pm | Fri 14th July |
| On the Day - Help with an hour in the Information Tent, on the Parade, serving in the tents, stewarding or clearing up. | 10am - 6pm |
Sat 15th July |
| Tidying up afterwards (although we try and get everything cleared up on the Saturday, there may be a bit left to do to turn Rotary Gardens back into somewhere as tidy as it was before). | 9am | Sun 16th July |
